Pulau Perhentian boat capsizing: Skipper pleads guilty to drug abuse

JERTIH, July 3 — The skipper of a boat which capsized off Pulau Perhentian on Saturday (June 29), killing three of the passengers, pleaded guilty at the Besut Magistrate's Court today to drug abuse.
